Spatial Dimension provides 24/7 follow the sun support through our offices in Cape Town, Pretoria, Vancouver, Sydney and Belo Horizonte. The support process is initiated by a user logging a support call with the FlexiCadastre Support Desk.
Once a support call has been initiated a ticket number will immediately be assigned and the case escalated according to the service level agreement in place with the client. Spatial Dimension provides an online portal for real-time tracking of all support cases logged by the user.
