Cape Town, South Africa – Friday 1 September - Spatial Dimension has announced today that global information management software company acQuire Technology Solutions (acQuire), a subsidiary of Vela Software, has completed its acquisition of Spatial Dimension from Trimble.
Under this new structure, Spatial Dimension will operate as a standalone business focusing on the expansion of the Landfolio user base globally, while supporting and enhancing the functionality of Landfolio for all of our customers.
Alison Atkins, acQuire’s CEO, welcomes the addition of Spatial Dimension as part of a broader growth strategy for the company.
