The Ministry of Natural Resources advises that it is conducting training on a new platform for the upgraded Landfolio system in the first part of September.
Beginning today, Tuesday, and continuing through September 9, staff will be trained on the new platform in what the Ministry calls “continued efforts to improve processing of land transactions at the Lands and Surveys and Land Registry departments, and to provide excellent service to all of our customers.
The Ministry advises that “During this period, although we have planned for business to continue at a moderate pace, given the unavailability of some of our staff, service to the public may be slow or limited. This is inclusive of the services offered at our district offices countrywide. All offices will resume normal business on Monday, September 12, 2022.” The Ministry of Natural Resources, Petroleum and Mining thanks the public for their understanding and continued cooperation and apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
You can track the status of your applications through the Ministry’s website at https://naturalresources.gov.bz/index.php/track-instrument-2/
