In November 2013, Spatial Dimension won, on an open tender, a World Bank funded project to develop and implement a Mineral Cadastre Management System (MCMS) for the Ministry of Energy and Mines in Laos.
The project was carried out over a period of fifteen months and funded through the Technical Assistance for Capacity Building in the Hydropower and Mining Sectors (HMTA) Project. The aim of the HMTA Project is to increase human resource capacity and improve the performance of Government institutions in the hydropower and mining sectors in Laos. The HMTA Project is funded through a Grant received from the International Development Agency and other donors including AusAID.
