At a ceremony held in Entebbe on 13 July 2018, the Hon Irene Muloni, Minister of Energy and Mineral Development, launched the first phase of Uganda's new online mineral licensing system.
"By moving our mineral licensing system online we are essentially digitizing both our data and our processes”, said Hon Irene Muloni.
